Terms of Service

1. Accounts and access

Keep your account information accurate and protect your credentials. Connect only accounts you own or have permission to manage. You are responsible for actions taken through your workspace. Report suspected unauthorized access to help@swipeforge.io.

2. Acceptable use

Use Swipe Forge and connected platforms lawfully. Do not upload unlawful material, infringe rights, impersonate others, send spam or attempt unauthorized access. Obtain permission for the content, accounts and workflows you use. Follow each platform’s rules and technical restrictions.

3. Content and AI output

You keep your rights in uploaded content. You permit Swipe Forge and the providers involved in your requests to process, store and deliver it for the service. Ensure you have permission to use any media, likenesses or other protected material.

Check generated output before using it. AI can produce mistakes or content similar to other work. You are responsible for factual checks, permissions and required AI disclosures. Output uniqueness and eligibility for copyright protection are not guaranteed.

4. Publishing and third-party services

Generation does not automatically authorize publication. Review your content, destination accounts and settings before publishing or scheduling. Availability depends on working platform connections. A submitted request may not be reversible; remove published posts through the destination platform where necessary.

AI providers and social platforms have separate terms. Their restrictions, outages or account decisions may affect your workflow. Swipe Forge does not guarantee that a platform will accept a post or deliver a particular result.

5. Fees and billing

If you purchase a paid service, the offer or checkout sets out charges, usage limits and applicable renewal, cancellation or refund terms. You authorize the charges you accept and must provide accurate billing details. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Intellectual property

Swipe Forge and its licensors retain rights in the service, branding and website materials. Your access permits use of the service under these Terms. Separate licenses continue to govern any third-party software components.

7. Disclaimers and responsibility

Swipe Forge is offered as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free generation or successful publication. Keep copies of important content and check publishing results.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect losses, lost profits and business interruption. These Terms do not remove rights or liabilities that the law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account closure at help@swipeforge.io. We may restrict access to address misuse, security threats or legal requirements. Closing your account does not remove posts from external platforms. Terms intended to apply after closure continue to do so.

9. Changes and contact

We publish revised Terms here with an updated date. Updates apply as permitted by law. Questions about the service or these Terms can be sent to help@swipeforge.io.
